My neighbor has a lot of money plus is pretty well off, then she also had a stroke of brilliance that if I could afford to do the same I would have; That was that our neighbor invested in getting a power back up generator! Every one of us have a lot of power failures here in the summer time months of the year, and when there is power failures, that means that the central a/c isn’t toiling. And on those hot afternoons plus evenings all of us have in the summer, not having toiling a/c causes problems! It also could mean hotel stay costs if you can not get a certified heating plus a/c specialist out within the right amount of time on same day or if the power doesn’t come back on; With a back up power generator, our neighbor will typically have central a/c in the summer time unless her Heating plus Air Conditioning proposal literally breaks down, however but during a power failure, the power generator will take over plus bring the electric right back on even if it is out in the rest of the area. I can only imagine what this investment cost him. I just recognize that our middle to average class self could never afford such a thing. I am envious of our neighbor that she will typically have central a/c during a power outage plus I will not; Oh well, maybe someday I will win the lottery plus get rich myself; You never recognize I guess. But for now, I just have to play the power outage games that may come along plus deal with no a/c at those times.
