My neighbor has a lot of currency plus is pretty well off, he also had a stroke of brilliance that if I could afford to do the same I would have, but that was that our neighbor invested in getting a power back up generator! Both of us have a lot of power failures here in the Summer weeks of the year, but and when there is power failures, that means that the central air conditioning isn’t working. And on those tepid days plus afternoons the people I was with and I have in the summer, not having working air conditioning causes problems. It also could mean hotel stay costs if you can not get a certified heating & air conditioning specialist out within the right amount of time on same day or if the power doesn’t come back on, then with a back up power generator, our neighbor will consistently have central air conditioning in the Summer unless his Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C idea literally breaks down, then but while in a power failure, the power generator will take over plus bring the electric right back on even if it is out in the rest of the area. I can only imagine what this investment cost him. I just suppose that our middle to average class self could never afford such a thing. I am envious of our neighbor that he will consistently have central air conditioning while in a power outage plus I will not, and oh well, maybe someday I will win the lottery plus get rich myself, but you never suppose I guess. But for now, I just have to play the power outage games that may come along plus deal with no air conditioning at those times.
