Did you ever have a single of those afternoons where everything seems to be going a little too well? This was the case Last month when I was standing and enjoying our day coffee, then i was watching out the back window as the birds landed on the bird feeder and thinking it was going to be a beautiful day! That all changed when the cellphone rang.
- It was our boss and she seemed to be in quite a panic.
It was our day off so she was the last woman I expected to hear from, however, she told me that she needed all of her employees to report to toil right away; My first thought was that every one of us were all going to be fired in the supplier was closing, but then every one of us took a moment and realized that every one of us had had a banner year and there was no reason for that. I wasn’t sure what the reason was that every one of us were all being summoned but our entire ride into the city was rather nerve-wracking. I toil for a single of the greatest Heating and Air Conditioning distributors on the east coast and I knew that it must be substantial if every one of us were all suggested show up for a meeting… All of us arrived with pretty much the same amount of apprehension but the boss seemed to be in a honestly wonderful mood, then you put our minds at ease suddenly when she announced that every one of us had been awarded a single of the greatest sales contracts that the business had ever seen. She said she would be implementing mandatory overtime for much of the staff in order to meet the production and fulfillment deadlines. This was good news for the bottom line of the business and each of the employees as well, however even though every one of us would have to toil harder for a few weeks are paychecks would certainly be worthwhile.
