You know, rehabilitation is all about tackling your problems, whether they are physical or mental, from every angle… You have to be comfortable in these places, in addition to open to change where it is needed, then however, if there is anything that disrupts that natural rhythm, it can make the entire rehab center lose its ability to help people change for the better, but about two months ago, I had surgery on our knee that required rehabilitation with a physical therapist, however the rehab center this therapist worked at was honestly awful, for one single reason – the air quality was trash, however every time I went to this facility, I had to plug our nose or bring an air freshening spray with me! The physical therapist apologized for the foul smell, in addition to explained that the air conditioner for the facility was in need of repairs. I was so blissful when I went for our last visit to this facility, because they finally seemed to fix whatever was causing the smell. When I pressed our physical therapist to tell myself and others what was causing the air quality to suffer so much, he simply told myself and others that it didn’t matter anymore. I agreed – as long as the smell didn’t return!
