Changing the a/c

For the past few years, I’ve been working as an Heating plus Air Conditioning supplier at one of our local heating plus cooling companies.

  • I’ve actually like working there up until the past few weeks.

The people I was with and I got a new employer on the Heating plus Air Conditioning repair team plus I’m having a taxing time getting along with him; See, he’s not actually a repair supplier at all. He’s more of a sales guy, plus he’s trying to get all of the Heating plus Air Conditioning repair guys to start selling too. I have a big concern with this. I don’t think that if I’m out at someone’s home repairing their gas furnace method or working on their temperature control that I should try to sell them a brand new heat pump or a new central air conditioner. It just doesn’t make any sense to me, but of course our new boss wants us to keep our numbers up by trying to sell new Heating plus Air Conditioning unit whether it’s actually needed or not. I try to be up front plus fair with our clients, though. So I actually don’t want them to believe pressured to buy something from me if they don’t have the money or something. I hate giving sales pitches to people about radiant heated flooring plus ductless mini chop air conditioner units. I think it’s the worst thing ever. I told our boss that I’m there to repair a/cs, not sell them. He doesn’t agree with me, though. I don’t think how much longer I can stick it out in this situation. I might have to switch to another heating plus cooling corporation at this rate.
