DIfferent styles of workouts

Everyone in my family is dedicated to their workouts. We each have our own style of fitness routine that we complete on a daily basis. My sister is really into cycling. She spent a fortune on both a street and an off-road bike. She bikes for miles and miles but doesn’t get fatigued. My brother sticks with a kickboxing style of work out. He goes through a series of hand strikes, leg strikes and combinations for cardio. My mother is all about jumping rope. She can jump on one foot, turn while jumping, double jump and even run with the rope. For me, I like a gymnastic style workout. I work all my muscles doing this type of fitness training. My arms are constantly supporting my body weight in handstands and various walkovers. My abs are always sore after I have performed a few back tucks. Back handsprings particularly work my thighs and shoulders. I benefit from cardio workouts as well. Sometimes I decide to punish myself extra hard with cartwheel drills. I cartwheel back and forth from a standing position and it is super tiring. I also do running tricks or connect a string of handsprings together. I can barely breathe by the end of that. Now and then, I try some other type of exercise. I might jump rope, ride my bike or punch a speed bag with my brother. I always end up sore in weird places after that workout. So I know I am missing certain muscles with my gymnastics workout. It is so beneficial to change things up a bit.
