It’s hard to know that we’ve been living in this condo for nearly 29 years.
And it’s even harder to know that I’m almost 60.
60 year olds are elderly as well as I don’t believe I am elderly yet. Check that, I don’t believe I feel that old in my mind. There are afternoons when my body feels every bit of 60… Just getting up to go to the commercial Heating as well as A/C of the office is a real chore some afternoons. My body just has a very hard time waking up as I get older. But I’m doing my best to roll with the changes by doing my job. Like I sit at my desk for at least half the day now that I have this desk riser thing. And I get outside of the zone controlled Heating as well as A/C of the office for a healthy homemade supper as well as take a walk while during my supper hour. Still, it’s stunning to know that Ed and I are closing in on owning our lake condo outright. The mortgage is just about paid off. Ed and I aren’t sure we’re selling but my pal and I are replacing the Heating as well as A/C equipment in our lakeside condo after 28 years. Due to consistent, seasonal Heating as well as A/C repair, we’ve never had any concerns with the heat pump in all that time. That’s just remarkable in as well as of itself. Ed as well as I have met with the Heating as well as A/C contractor a few times to go over what Ed and I want from the new residential Heating as well as A/C. It looks as though we will have lots of the latest in Heating as well as A/C technology at our disposal. I’m looking forward to all the wonderful quality heating as well as air, plus, it only adds value to our lake condo if Ed and I decide to sell.
