I did not realize I had an issue with my HVAC system until I couldn’t get any sleep at night as a result of my heating and AC system. Unfortunately for me, my heating and air conditioning system is directly located right outside my bedroom window. So I can always hear my heat and AC system running during the night. Now this has never been an issue for me until recently. Normally the sound that I hear from my heating and AC system that’s just the subtle sound of it running in the background. This is never bothering me and is very easy to deal with. But as of recently my HVAC unit has been making very loud banging places and it has been causing me to toss and turn in my sleep. That will take me hours to doze off to sleep and then when I finally do I often find myself waking up because the air conditioner will make another loud bang. I thought maybe the unit was just getting old but after thinking it over for a little while one night after I’d been woken up and I wasn’t able to go back to sleep I started to wonder if maybe there was something wrong with my heating and AC system. So I decided to have it checked out but he and a/c professional would be the best course of action. When the HVAC technician made his way out to my home he informed me that some parts and my system had come loose and were moving around and that was the cause of the loud noises. Thankfully it was an easy fix and all I had to do was reattach and secure the parts and then I was able to get some sleep again once my heating and AC system was quiet.
