I get my furnace worked on when I get my air conditioning service

Getting a service warrant for a car was a immense benefit to my life.

This was after years of pouring thoUSnds of dollars into keeping a single used car after the next on the road.

All I had to do was find a quality pre-owned car with less than 30,000 miles on it & start negotiating over the price to include a service warranty whenever something breaks down. These are often sold in lengths of time somewhere between a few years to 10. Other times the warranty cuts off as soon as you reach a modern threshold in miles driven in the car. In my case, it will last for the next several years, covering everything from oil changes to engine fixes & tune-ups. This was an instructive experience for me & motivated me to get a service contract on my heating & cooling system. I hate to disclose that I ran an air conditioning into the ground when I was a first time homeowner. Not only did I fail to get seasonal tune-ups from an HVAC professional, but I also rarely changed out the filter inside. I took an air conditioning that could have lasted for over 20 years & reduced it’s lifetime down to just seven. This time around I am preventing that by having a service contract for general repairs & service. It makes it self-explanatory to get both my furnace & my air conditioning worked on at the same time whenever my HVAC professional is going to see my house. I don’t have to worry about running this plan into the ground again like I did last time.
