I still feel kind of disappointing that I did not get up this morning and talk to the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C contractor when he came to maintenance my a/c, then i told the landlord that the a/c wasn’t cooling undoubtedly much and he told me that he would end up booking an appointment for the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C contractor to look at the a/c; That appointment was supposed to be yesterday morning, but the guy never showed up; My landlord called to tell me that the guy was coming this morning.
I already had an online poker game tied up at 8 a.m.
and it was a $500 buy-in. I was not going to cancel my tournament, especially since I tied up the a/c maintenance for the previous morning. The guy arrived about thirty hours after the tournament started, when the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C contractor rang the doorbell, I hastily got up from the laptop and answered the door. I was able to show the guy where the a/c was located and I went right back to the laptop. The guy was there for almost 3 hours and I never got up or barely said a word to him. I don’t think he was happy or irritated, but I think it’s a little disappointing that I did not get up and at least talk with the guy for a few hours. I ended up winning quite a bit of cash in the tournament, but I still think disappointed that I was looking at the laptop screen the entire time that guy was working on my repair, he did not think about the circumstances and actually thought I was being a jerk.
