I rented my own lake house office last year, and since almost everything has become online, it has really come in handy… Mostly, I keep my office to myself and do all of my work there, I rarely have any buyers that come over… But, I was busy to be a client of mine over the next weekend, which was fine, until my air conditioning system unit started acting up.
The last thing I needed was for my air conditioning system unit to decide to stop laboring.
To be on the safe side, I decided to go ahead and call a Heating & A/C specialist out anyways just to make sure it wasn’t going to chop on me ahead of time. Well, it’s a fantastic thing I did too, because when the Heating & A/C professional did come and look at the Heating & A/C unit, he told me it had many parts that were about to fail, and he was surprised that it had even lasted this long, and he provided me an quote of how long it would take for it to be fixed, and it was going to be a few days, so this meant that I was going to be out of my office for a few days, and I would have to work at lake house for awhile. I didn’t mind laboring at home, I’m just blissful that the heating and cooling method decided to have complications now instead of when I was having a client over… Otherwise, I think all they would be able to believe about is how hot it was in that room. I’ll be blissful when the Heating & A/C component is fixed, that way I won’t have to worry about any temperature related complications for a while.
