When I actually started my Heating, Ventilation and A/C machine supplier I didn’t have certification.
Honestly, most of the Heating, Ventilation and A/C professionals I chose to hire had no certifications! I am not saying that I didn’t assume the group of us should eventually have certifications however it just wasn’t especially pressing at that time.
After numerous weeks of working for me, I was sending my Heating, Ventilation and A/C machine experts to all sorts of different schools so they could be certified as A/C machine specialists, heating specialists, or ductwork specialists. I was actually hoping to make sure I had at least a single specialist to cover anything that would come up in our Heating, Ventilation and A/C machine supplier. The only thing that was honestly missing for me, was a person who would be able to go into a residence and help people actually choose what type of Heating, Ventilation and A/C machine would be best for their residences. I needed a Heating, Ventilation and A/C machine contractor. Not being a certified Heating, Ventilation and A/C contractor, I figured this would be a superb thing for me to get into. I looked into getting classes in becoming an official contractor, and I legitimately took many of those classes… Unfortunately, being an official contractor was not something I truly was hoping to do. I only wanted to maintain the heating and a/c machines. Now, I am back to the very beginning, and hoping that I can talk a single of my HVAC technicians into going back to school and getting their Heating, Ventilation and A/C contractor license. I am pretty certain that I can get at least a few of my Heating, Ventilation and A/C machine workers to go back to school, especially once I tell them that I am going to pay for it… Knowing that I have a tech who is able to measure residences, look at the property, and get the input from the purchaser and help them make a good decision on what type of Heating, Ventilation and A/C machine they need will be a real blessing for me.
