I am so blissful I am not a smoker anymore after I learn something the other morning.
I heard that landlords renting out properties are starting to not rent to smokers! Leaving a lot of innocent & strenuous working people homeless based on their habit.
This is totally wrong! It had something to do with landlords saying that people who smoke damage their central heating & a/c units smoking in the house. While that is true, if they were to just have a law that made them smoke outside, I would not see how that would damage the condo or the central heating & a/c unit! Their excuse to that was undoubtedly lame. They said that the smell on their clothes would travel through the air vents of the central heating & a/c method & make it do they would have to get a deep air duct cleaning after the smoker had moved out. That is a load if you ask me! First off, they should be deep cleaning their air duct anyhow on a official basis to keep the central heating & a/c method running smoothly. Second off, just because clothing smells a little terrible doesn’t mean it is going to travel to the air vents of a central heating & a/c unit! I undoubtedly feel for people who smoke & don’t own their own site these mornings. If I was still a smoker I would call a lawyer & deem this as descrimination & sue to the highest dollar! But unfortunately I can not do that because I am not a smoker or tenant.
