When I started my Heating and Air Conditioning appliance company I didn’t have certification.
Most of the Heating and Air Conditioning appliance workers that I hired had no certifications.
I’m really not saying that I didn’t guess every one of us should eventually have certifications, however it just wasn’t crucial at that time. After multiple months of particularly working for me, I was sending my Heating and Air Conditioning appliance techs to weird types of school so they could be certified as AC specialists, heating specialists, or ductwork specialists. I was attempting to make sure I had at least one specialist to cover anything that would occur in our Heating and Air Conditioning appliance business… The only thing that was actually missing for me, was someone who would be able to go into a dwelling and help people decide what type of Heating and Air Conditioning appliance would be best for their dwellings. I needed a Heating and Air Conditioning appliance company. Not being a certified Heating and Air Conditioning company owner, I thought this would be an enjoyable thing for me to get into. I looked into getting classes in becoming an HVAC company owner, and I particularly took multiple of those classes, unfortunately, being an owner was not something I wanted to do. I only wanted to service the heating, ventilation, and A/C appliances. Now, I am back to square one, and hoping that I can talk one of my workers into going back to school and getting their Heating and Air Conditioning appliance company license. I’m sure that I can get at least one of my Heating and Air Conditioning experts to go back to school, especially once I tell them that I’m going to pay for it all. Knowing that I have a tech who can measure dwellings, look at the property, and get the input from the buyer and help them make a decision on what type of Heating and Air Conditioning appliance they need will be a real plus for me.
