Job security with AC

Where I live, down in the southern part of the country, the weather is hot almost the entire year around.

Sure, we get little blasts of Fall or Winter, and even a few full weeks of Spring most years, but those are the exceptions to the rule.

And the rule is “be hot and humid all the time.’ I personally don’t care for so much heat and humidity but I moved down here as a career choice, one that seems to be paying off so far. When it came time for me to set up my own shop, I wanted someplace that provided job security. When it comes to selling and repairing air conditioning systems, the hotter the environment, the better it is for my business! Moving to the deep south to build my HVAC business turned out to be the smartest decision I have made since going back to night school. 5 years ago I was a clerk in a retail store, but then I decided to go back to school, get my HVAC certification, and start building a new life. Not much time has passed and now I live in a new city, in a new house, with my own thriving heating and cooling business. I am just getting warmed up, in another 5 years I plan to have 3 more HVAC repair shops in the area. The best part is the job security that comes with heating and cooling. In a place this humid, AC will always be in high demand, and I will never have to look hard to find work.
