I do not like to sweat when I’m dripping with sweat.
That sounds weird.
Let me try again. I do not like to overheat when I’m toiling up a sweat on purpose. Like I don’t go for a jog when it’s a hundred degrees outside. When it’s that hot, I have the sense to stay inside the Heating and A/C where it’s cool. But, I am constantly seeing people out in the heat toiling out on purpose. Somehow they guess this must add an extra element to the workout. Looks care about they are trying to get as close to a heart attack as possible. But then again, I leave the Heating and A/C to go to more Heating and A/C when it’s legitimately hot out in the summer. I also work out begrudgingly. So, when I got to the gym I don’t need any extra heat and humidity dropped on top of that. My gym is not this way unblessedly. I walk in there and I beginning dripping with sweat. The only time I have ever been comfortable in there was a few unusual times where there weren’t multiple people. But once you put more than about 10 people in there, the Heating and A/C is just totally overmatched. It is so ridiculous that I am paying the big yearly fee in order to be uncomfortable doing something I don’t legitimately want to do. Everytime I bring this up to the people in the office at the gym, they just throw their hands up. The only wonderful thing about it is that I have the Heating and A/C excuse for our wifey when she gets after me about not exercising.
