She ended up getting an offer on the house, however the offer was contingent on her putting in a completely new Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C method plus a whole home air purification method in the house. The people who put the offer in on the apartment wouldn’t close on the loan until they knew that the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C method plus the air purification method were installed in the house. My Grandmother was so intent on getting moved into the new retirement home that she instantly called up the local Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C supplier plus had them come out to do the toil on the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system. They got the replaces done within the first couple of weeks plus then our Grandmother sold the house, and now she’s living in her new home plus she’s as enthusiastic as a clam!
