I am not sure what exactly it is, but in the lake house I have been renting for the last 2 years, I have had an discouraging thing going on with the central heating plus cooling system… Every single time the central heating plus cooling system turns on, it makes a entirely loud thumping noise, but this thumping noise that the central heating plus cooling system makes is loud enough to wake you up when sleeping! That is the most discouraging area about it.
Not to mention, it also sometimes scares myself and others when it pops on when all is quiet, however i think someone is trying to break into the lake house or break the door down! Like I said, it is entirely discouraging. I mentioned this to our local property management dealer that I spend our savings rent to. They were real jerks about it to be honest. They told myself and others that the noise had nothing to do with a broken heating plus A/C unit. They said it is just the way the component is. If I didn’t adore it, I could move at the end of our lease, but what a rude thing to say! However, I most likely will take them up on that offer. This loud heating plus cooling system turning on is costing myself and others a lot of sleep. It is going to be the deepoverheatedsummer time time months shortly, so it will be running most of the time anyway. I will be moving next year; And will hopefully find a nice lake house to rent that has a much more quiet central Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C system inside the locale!
