I have been a real estate agent in my town for about nine years now. I love being a real estate agent because I can set my own hours and I can make as much money as I want to. I never imagined that I would be a real estate agent when I was younger, but he has really turned out to be such a blessing that I am. I love all of my clients and I’m thankful enough to get to work with friends and family and sell them their dream homes. I don’t see myself ever working in another career and I am so thankful that I get to wake up and do what I want to do every day. I was talking with a friend the other day about my job and she asked me what the most difficult part about being a real estate agent was. I thought about this for a while and I came to the conclusion that heating and cooling systems in the homes I sell Is the most difficult part of my job. I know most people wouldn’t consider heating and cooling to be a part of a real estate agent’s job title, but it really is. I constantly have to make sure that I am working with a trusted HVAC mechanic and that the HVAC systems and all the homes I’m selling are brand new. Most people don’t want to buy a home if the HVAC system is not brand new and that’s pretty frustrating. You don’t need a brand new HVAC system in your home to have great air quality. Can you tell my clients but they don’t wanna listen to me.
