I recently remodeled the master kitchen in our house.

I finally upgraded the old windows that wouldn’t open yet leaked air.

I got rid of the unquestionably ugly overhead light fixture and installed a ceiling fan to help with heating and cooling. I took down the rusted old Heating and Air Conditioning supply and return vents covers and bought new. I was unquestionably surprised at how several styles of vent covers are available now. I was able to find a decorative occasion that looks so much nicer yet still allows me to direct airflow. I also pulled up the old, stained carpet and found hardwood flooring underneath. Sanding down and varnishing the floors was labor-intensive and time-consuming but actually worth it. They turned out just appealing. One of the most labor-intensive parts of the task was scraping the snacks texture off the ceiling. I first started with a wide metal scraper, which worked quite well but created a lot of debris. I then decided that the ceiling wasn’t quite as smooth as I’d hoped. I took an electric palm sander and went over the entire ceiling with a fine grade sandpaper. This endeavor created big amounts of dust. I did our best to seal off the kitchen from the rest of the house, but the dust got everywhere. I ended up needing to launder every garment in our closet and lean every room. When I finally finished painting and setting up our furniture, I noticed that the air conditioner wasn’t acting right. I right away knew that all of that dust and debris had gotten sucked up into the air duct. I called a local Heating and Air Conditioning supplier for air conditioner repair and air duct cleaning. When the serviceman completed the task, he said he’d never seen such a big buildup of dirt and contaminants inside a duct system.
