My parents recently got a major heating and air conditioning upgrade done. What they did was have this new HVAC technology called heating and air conditioning zone control installed into their home. What heating and air conditioning zone control is, is when you can have assorted temperatures throughout the house. For instance, if you wanted to have the living room a little cooler or warmer than the bedroom or kitchen, you could make that happen. Each room has its own separate thermostat on the wall. My parents had me and my wife over to really show off about this. I have to admit, we thought it was pretty futuristic! We had never thought it would be possible in our lifetime to do something like this with the heating and air conditioning system! It does not take several central heating and air conditioning units either. This is all under one single heating and air conditioning system that sits on the side of the house. Just like a regular central heating and air conditioning system. Do not ask me how it works, do not even ask my parents. The point is…that it does work! And it is some of the latest in advanced heating and air conditioning technology. My parents were really bragging about the fact that they did not have to pay full price for the heating and air conditioning zone control, either. So this was an added bonus. They had a coupon they found in the local newspaper. They had every right to show off. It is great! Me and my wife may now get central heating and air conditioning zone control too!
