My spouse and I saved our cash for 6 weeks so all of us could buy a brand new car.
- It was the first time either 1 of us ever had a brand new car.
We got exactly the car that all of us wanted and all of us didn’t spare any expense. We paid for the extra lights and heating package. We paid for the replaced sound plan and the leather heated seats. We drove the car off the lot and 1 month later all of us started having trouble with the cooling system. I didn’t think what was wrong with the cooling system, so I told my spouse that all of us were going to have to take the car back to the dealership. At first the dealership tried to tell myself and others that there wasn’t anything wrong with the cooling system. I took the car from the dealership to another venue close by and they disagreed. I had to threaten the car dealership before they finally agreed to replace the A/C compressor for free. The car was under warranty and they should have never given myself and others a strenuous time in the first site. I easily guess they knew there were some concerns with the A/C in the first venue and that is why they didn’t want to repair the issue. I was without my car for 7 days and while in that time I had a rental. The rental was a four-door sedan and 1 of the models that all of us almost picked before all of us chose the other car. It was roomy and comfortable, however I was happy to have our car back after the repairs were made.
