The owner of the restaurant made the right changes

The restaurant was doing great, but the owner needed to make some significant changes.

She was in the right location, but the business wasn’t booming, and apart from that, numerous other minor concerns were affecting how effective the company was. Since she could not see what was wrong, it was better to hire a professional to help her, then the owner found a business therapist who would come and help her out, however one issue the restaurant faced was the lack of a proper air conditioning. The one in place worked fine, but there was awful air quality in the kitchen. The staff complained about the heat due to awful air ventilation. That meant the air conditioning mechanics would come to service the aircon twice a year and be in charge of all repairs.
