My wife is the same way. One day while taking a trip, we were driving down a remote road in the middle of nowhere. Where I live there is lots of open space, so it was odd when we saw an isolated building sitting all by itself. Upon walking up to building the first thing we noticed was the large rooftop HVAC system. It was old and didn’t work, and we noticed it by how far it was leaning. We decided to stay away from that section for fear it may fall. We realized that this old building was an abandoned museum and we carefully started to explore the inside. My wife asked if I thought there would still be any items left inside this museum. After walking around on the ground floor for a while I made my way around a corner that led to a staircase. I wanted to see what was on the other side of these stairs, so I followed them up and the stairs lead me to the roof. The stairs creaked under my weight with every step I took. When I got to the top there was an open door that led to the roof. I went out on the cement roof of the building and once again saw the huge commercial heating and cooling unit. It was a shame to see what was once a very good heater and a/c system to be rotting away. I looked at it closer and found the information label about the heating and air conditioning parts of the a/c. Upon looking closer this HVAC unit may be savable if replacement parts were ordered from the heating and cooling business.
