My great friend and I saw trailers in trailer parks, she showed us a small property that was next to state game lands. She didn’t really show us an older house, or a site with a fireplace. She told us it was strenuous to find a property with a fireplace. Most people didn’t want to mess with a fireplace, so they either had them taken out, or didn’t buy the house. If they weren’t buying houses with the fireplaces, where were they? The realtor told me she just couldn’t find any. I showed her a property we had found on zillow. It was an older property on at least fifteen acres. The property needed work, as well as the property was worth more than the list price. She said it was in bad shape as well as didn’t know we would be interested. I told her we wanted an older property so we could service it up as well as make it ours. She offered me a look that asked if I was kidding. I pointed out there was also a fireplace in the house. She asked if we wanted to look at the house. If the property had a great roof as well as a dry basement, we were going to buy it. Two weeks later, we finally bought our house, as well as it had a fireplace.
