My husband and I have fallen on hard times and we’ve been struggling a lot with money for the past few months.
I know many people are struggling with money during the last few months of the pandemic but it’s been extra challenging for us since we both lost our jobs.
So when our HVAC system decided to stop working in the middle of the pandemic we knew we were in trouble. Thankfully we have ceiling fans in every room of the house, but that was just not going to cut it during the warm southern months. So my husband and I thought it might be a good idea if we went out and purchased a used HVAC system just to replace the one we have so we could have air-conditioning during the summer months. My husband was pretty adverse to this idea because he didn’t like the idea of having to use the HVAC system in our house, but we really had no other choice at this point. Well, after about two weeks of having the used HVAC unit in our house it’s ready to break down. My husband was pretty disappointed that he even allowed a used HVAC system to come into our house, but we did what we had to do and we were actually able to make it through the summer with a used HVAC system. Hopefully we will be able to get a new one soon, but at least it’s now the winter months and it’s not quite as hot outside.
