Ac won't turn on

During the busy season where I work, I don’t have a lot of free time. I go into the office before the sun rises and I leave well after it sets, however thankfully, I only have to manage these long and exhausting hours for a couple months out of the year. Everyone else at the office is distracted by their labor as well, so the afternoons just slip by. When I came beach house from labor 1 night, I observed that our a/c wasn’t cooling our beach house normally. It was laboring, however not efficiently. The control unit was set to 70 degrees, however the temperature of our beach house was 75 degrees, and no matter how low I lowered the temperature, it wouldn’t get below 75 degrees. I could hear our air conditioner running at full speed, which I knew would drive up our utility bill that month. Early the next morning, I called the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C corporation nearby and asked them to come service our A/C program while I was at work. Thankfully, I didn’t need to be beach house when the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C corporation arrived, later that night when the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C corporation was done servicing our A/C equipment, I got a phone call about the status of our system. First, our air filter was long overdue for a updatement. The blocked filter was consumed with dirt and debri. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C corporation also said that there was a shrubbed growing outside along our condenser unit; Because of this, it was causing our A/C program to run inefficiently. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C corporation updated the air filter, however recommended that I take care of the shrub right away. Now I have to find someone with time to remove the shrub.
