I don’t think I’ve been excited for the start of Summer since I was in highschool.
But this year, I’m actually quite stoked for the Summer months to get here.
That’s because I’m eager to try out the new residential HVAC we have in the house. Our home has awesome central air conditioning and we love it. Around here, we don’t have to worry so much about heating during the Winter. But when it comes to Summer, it’s air conditioning day and night just to manage. The combination of high heat and high humidity are a tough pair to contend with. That’s why we turn to some of the best residential HVAC and HVAC technology a house could have. But that’s not the new residential HVAC I’m referring to. No, we have the same heating and cooling equipment as we did when we first had it installed. Buying this house came with the chore of putting in new heating and cooling equipment. But in a way, that turned out to be the best thing for us as we were able to get just the sort of residential HVAC we wanted. And believe me, it came with all the HVAC technology bells and whistles. But again, that’s not the new HVAC addition I’m referring to. This past fall, I took advantage of a big sale on ductless heat pumps. And I had one installed inside my garage. So this Summer, I’ll still be able to tinker around at my workbench inside the garage. Normally, it’s like standing on the sun inside that garage during the summer. But now, I have some awesome air conditioning thanks to that ductless heat pump.
