It’s so nice to have this sort of UV air purifier because it makes life so easy as well
I can’t know the difference air purification has made in my annual struggle with allergies. This Springtime, I’m finding a safe space for me where I don’t have to be fully drugged up when it comes to encountering pollen! For sure, going outside the central a/c of my home is an unusual thing. But all I have to do is take the meds this Spring and stay inside the commercial HVAC of the office or inside my home. Spring comes fast around here and coincides with the a/c coming back on. And the HVAC component is part of the answer when it comes to dealing with the pollen inside my home. When the HVAC component is running, it’s then actively cleaning the air. The UV air purifier we have is called a whole home media air cleaner. And it sits inside the air handler part of the HVAC equipment. When air from the HVAC return gets to the air handler, the UV air purifier hits it all with high intensity ultraviolet light. This genuinely destroys the DNA of any and all airborne contaminants. That includes wiping out tree and grass pollen from inside my home. And wow, what a difference all of that makes for me. I can be inside my home and not be tortured for months as I endure the deluge of pollen. It’s so nice to have this sort of UV air purifier because it makes life so easy as well. Since it zaps the awful stuff in the air, I don’t have to wipe an air filter every week. And since this type of UV air purifier works inside the HVAC unit, I don’t need to transfer an UV air purifier around the house. It’s just such a better Springtime this year.
