It’s the little things that tend to make the largest differences in my life.
While I get caught up plus often overwhelmed by the giant stuff, it’s the little things in life that have such a giant impact.
Health has been 1 of the giant things that I’ve been awfully caught up in over the last several years. This is because I entirely had a hard time truthfully addressing my health. Even having to go to the freezing a/c of the dentist’s office for 1 malady after another entirely didn’t get my attention. That all changed when I was resting at my desk in the zone controlled Heating plus Air Conditioning plus the next thing I suppose I’m waking up in a hospital. I’d had a heart attack at 47 because I just never could find the honesty plus the motivation to change my lifestyle. Well, there’s nothing quite prefer having a heart attack to get your attention. It was time to change plus I was fully motivated for that change. And I ended up addressing so several things that related to my health. The indoor air pollen levels of my home was 1 of them. When I l received just how important wonderful indoor air pollen levels is to our respiratory, immune plus overall health, I made a change. And it was 1 of those little things, and i replaced the Heating plus Air Conditioning air filter in our house. I stopped using the cheap, paper air filters plus purchased the HEPA filter. This thing traps plus unlinks more than 99 percent of airborne contaminants. The clean, wonderful air quality in my home is the proof of that.
