So it took the corporation more than a few years too long to realize that they had the wrong management team in this regional office.
It was pretty clear to me from the beginning that the new management team was faltering.
But then again, I thought it was important to be patient and help them as much as possible. But that didn’t go well either and things just went downhill. So the corporate transition team who is here now just had the commercial HVAC replaced and that was a great move, and corporate finally decided to take action here once the best and brightest were getting poached by other companies. I had my offers even though I also had more than 20 years vested in this supplier. But the morale and talent in this office has taken a bad dive. And I’m not even sure that this situation can genuinely be reused. But the fact that we now are working inside zone controlled HVAC means that this transition team is at least listening and paying attention. We’ve all been working inside this locale with commercial HVAC that has long passed its prime. The a/c is overwhelmed in the Summer as is the heating in the Winter. and, having one control device for the whole place wasn’t unquestionably effective either. I don’t know what’s going to happen, however I’m glad that the heating and cooling replacement is a step in the right direction. I can tell that this easy HVAC device change has been noticed by those of us who are doing all we can to get through all of this. I just hope they can replace the management team the way they replaced the commercial HVAC equipment.
