First air conditioner purchase just before the busy spring season

I saw an online post claiming that the best time to have air conditioning maintenance, servicing, or purchase new HVAC equipment was just before spring when it got jam-packed.

A busy season would mean lower access to the cooling tech.

I’m not too fond of rush hour, and the idea that spring would be a busy time for the cooling industry made me leap to purchasing the quality air conditioner I had been saving for. I had done my part in learning more about air conditioning during the season when I spent time obsessing about the air conditioner I had always dreamt of owning and how my space would feel once I had help with indoor comfort. In my mind’s eye, I could see myself reading a book in the summer without drinking hundreds of icy drinks or trying to go home because my house would be uncomfortably hot. I had already paid half the deposit for my mini split air conditioner at the cooling corporation, where they had agreed to let me spend the rest in bits, but I already had the full amount. With just a call to the cooling business, they sent my equipment to a cooling representative, and he got to work immediately. I was so excited about the upgrade in my house but also scared it would get spoilt as my water heating kettles do. The cooling specialist reassured me that the a/c was steady and the installation had been done with care, so I shouldn’t worry about handling air conditioning repair for a while unless I did something that would harm the unit. He was kind enough to take me through the basics of a/c care, which I noted so I wouldn’t forget.
