Living in a place like I do is no fun, and as a matter of fact it is actually disappointing for your health too as the air quality here is awful.
- And when I am talking about disappointing air quality I am talking about the kind that genuinely can cause you some extreme issues, and it seems the air quality gets worse and worse here with each passing month.
I find myself constantly waking up in the middle of the night choking and coughing to the point where I am throwing up! It is not fantastic on the lungs whatsoever. And also I would like to mention that this is even with a pretty fantastic high end portable whole-condo air purifier running in the kitchen. The air quality is so disappointing that it is no match for even that. I genuinely need to find a way to come up with some money to just get out of this part of the country before it kills me. There is no break from the disappointing air quality no matter what time of the year it is or what the hot and cold temperatures outside are. As a matter of fact, I am sneezing my face off right now while trying to write this because of the genuinely bad air quality. If you are wondering where I am at, I am in Arizona which is possibly the worst place in the entire country. Not only the air quality, but the general weather conditions and other things as well make this place sheer utter hell. I may have to see about getting more portable whole-home air purifiers to put around the house.
