Health and good relaxation

I am pretty much stuck at a desk being a slave and doing redundant kind of work all week

When you have a long rough work week, there is nothing better than some great relaxation on the weekends. When you are trying to look after your health, relaxation is a must if you want to maintain good health. This is why I have a membership to this yoga studio in town and practice the art of yoga! Yoga is so relaxing and it helps me destress from a very long week at the job that I have, which I actually hate, so that makes it worse and more draining on me. And while practicing the art of yoga at this yoga studio in town, I also have a personal trainer that comes to me at my house every Sunday for a small work out plan that helps me keep in shape. I am pretty much stuck at a desk being a slave and doing redundant kind of work all week. So this does not allow for much movement. But between relaxing with the yoga at the yoga studio, and my personal trainer, I can maintain great health and fitness all in one! I had considered joining a health and fitness center or even getting a gym membership at our local gym. However, when would I have the time to use it? It would be a total waste of money in my humble opinion! This is why the yoga classes, the practice of yoga in general at the yoga studio here in town, along with my Sunday personal trainer giving me a great work out plan makes for the perfect balance.
