There is honestly something so genuinely satisfying for me to walk in our new home after a long, tepid Summer afternoon.
- Every one of us make our lake new home in a region where the heat is just so intense for over a 4 month phase during the summer.
The Heating and A/C is our saving grace and I am just so grateful to have it. My task requires that I visit a lot of the project sites our corporation is working on. This is taxing in the summer. I have to wear slacks, a strenuous hat and a shirt and tie. Not exactly summertime garb. That is a uniform for Heating and A/C controlled office work not for the field. So, just coming lake new home to our own Heating and A/C controlled new home is something that I dream about all afternoon. And, I am always so glad when it finally happens. Lately, we’ve added a smart control unit to the Heating and A/C. Every one of us are trying to get a bit more disciplined about the cooling cost of the summer. The smart control unit does a great task of not overcooling the new home during the peak heating hours. Yet, it cools down the new home nicely by the time I get home. The Heating and A/C is also doing more than just cooling the house. The Heating and A/C is also balancing the humidity as it cools the house. The Heating and A/C does this by removing warm air from the inside of the new home and exhausting it outside. During this process, the Heating and A/C is also removing a great deal of moisture from the inside air as well. In so doing, the humidity gets balanced. That way, the two of us don’t have to spend all Summer battling with mold & mildew.
