It has been the year to consider all of the chances for improving overall and immune health huh? Nothing love a pandemic to get a man thinking about the state of their health.
I know it sure has shaken myself and others to my core.

I’m doing this through whole condo air purification. While it is more expense, it is clearly the way to go for maximum airborne hazard protection. There are electronic whole-house air purifiers. They act as a filter by attraction particles using a metal plate which then pulls the airborne particle in and disconnects them from the air. Additionally, there are whole-house air purifiers that fit inside the Heating and Air Conditioning. They use intense UV light to destroy airborne contaminants. This method is localed inside the air handler component of the Heating and Air Conditioning. Finally, a hydro-peroxide plasma method actively moves through the air to disinfect and filter it. So, there are chances for good indoor air pollen levels. Now I just have to choose.
