I absolutely love our HVAC company. When my wife and I first moved to this area, these people were recommended by most of our neighbors. I believe that most of the neighbors in our area use the same HVAC company. The HVAC technicians were quick to recommend their HVAC system maintenance plans also. They have a few different kinds, one for basic HVAC system tune-ups and maintenance, and a few others for more extreme HVAC system maintenance. With the more expensive plans, you can get your ductwork cleaning taken care of and even have air filter changes every three months. They suggest using the high quality air filters that are good for people with allergies. They must be changed everything 3 months and they work great. I did decide to go for the basis HVAC system maintenance plan. I think the basic is fine for us because I can take care of my own air filter changes. I know what kind of air filters to get, and I do love to get the high quality air filters. With all the savings I am getting with the HVAC system maintenance plan, I can easily afford the more expensive air filters! I love the quality air filters because it keeps the air quality nice. I considered getting the plan that covers the ductwork cleaning as well because I realize how important that is, but I figured I could just get that done every other year. Having the ductwork cleaned is great for air quality, but it’s not as pressing as other types of HVAC system maintenance.
