I don’t believe the HVAC industry is for me

This past summer when my father made the suggestion that I come work at his Heating, Ventilation, and A/C appliance corporation and make some currency for myself, it genuinely seemed like a wonderful idea.

Up until this point I hadn’t particularly considered working for my father’s Heating, Ventilation, and A/C appliance business, mostly because it just wasn’t the category of thing that I had much interest in.

I honestly enjoyed it when my father broke it down for me and we talked about how much currency I could make if I did a wonderful enough task and it did not take long for me to agree to a part-time position! For the first couple of afternoons working down at the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C appliance corporation, I actually liked it. It seemed as though every day I was meeting awesome people who seemed to be really nice. I was able to catch on to the basics quickly, and what I expected would be a stressful and complicated task was truly easy. For a while it seemed that working in Heating, Ventilation, and A/C was built into my genes. Well, after a few more weeks went by I slowly however surely started to see that this was indeed a stressful and strenuous task at times. For example, when I was sent out to assist a certified Heating, Ventilation, and A/C appliance professional on a repair call the two of us were sent to a dwelling that was seasoned and creepy from both the outside and the inside… Despite this the two of us had a task to do and I ended up having to spend a great deal of time at this creepy site. I don’t want to sound entirely dramatic, although I would rather task for 20 hours per day then have to do that. Maybe in a year or so I will supply the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C trade another chance, however after that experience I don’t want to go back.
