I just got my Christmas bonus, which was an extra $500 in my pocket, and that $500 is absurdly helpful, because I have been going through my cash really abruptly.
I am currently in the middle of upgrading more than 2 parts of my house, a lot of which are high-priced.
Then, an unexpected Heating plus A/C service was in order, since my cooling system apparently was suffering without my know-how. Heating plus cooling repairs are a lot more high-priced than I thought, plus it took away most of my cash. The rest I was saving for groceries. At least I can now say that my air conditioning plan is completely brand new plus I shouldn’t have any issues with it for a long time. This is also good, because I have been thinking about renting out my beach house as it is, but with all of the replaces, plus the fact that I will be keeping it fully furnished will put it at a nice price. I will still have to wait until my next paycheck, before I can finish upgrading the rest of my home, so I suppose for now I will be focusing on other important stuff instead, and some of the other stuff I have been meaning to focus on are finally getting around to starting my own vegetable garden, trying out wood carving plus maybe helping a nearby critter shelter. I suppose I will first start with the garden plus put my new Heating plus A/C device to use, because I am sure after gardening, I am going to be sweaty plus hot. This will provide me a opportunity to test out the Heating plus A/C machine, so it works out.
