By the way I should also add that I had gotten rid of my HEPA filter because I didn’t want my heat filter to contribute to the indoor air quality.
When it came to looking for a way to provide my home with some indoor air quality that was clean and fresh I knew that I was going to need some sort of filter. I was well aware of HEPA filters but I wasn’t sure about UV light filters. And UV light filter was something that you could attach to your heating and AC system and the way it works was that it was a UV light bulb that would kill any germs and bacteria that would otherwise be in your air on contact. I didn’t have any experience with these and so I wasn’t sure how well they would work for me. I was really hoping for good results and it was for this reason that I decided to go ahead and go to the UV light filter even though I had no experience with one. I figured if the heating and air conditioning business is recommended and that was probably enough and they would probably work really well for my home. I purchased the UV filter that same day and had it added to my HVAC system. Then I just simply waited for the results one week pass by and I had already seen an improvement. By the way I should also add that I had gotten rid of my HEPA filter because I didn’t want my heat filter to contribute to the indoor air quality. No, I wanted this test to be purely just for the indoor air purifier. That indoor air purifier in this case was the UV light filter. I’m happy to say that after using it, it passed the test with flying colors. The filters did excellent and it probably did just as well if not better than my HEPA filter.
