I was clear about our decision but the kid came back the next day

I hired a young guy from the school to toil part-time days at our business.

The young guy was interested in studying about Heating and A/C repair work.

I agreed to give the kid a job after school 4 days each week. I thought the experience would immerse him into the heating and cooling system repair world. I thought that would give the kid a wonderful method about whether or not he actually wanted to pursue heating and AC repair work. The first couple of days at work, things were fine. Unluckyly, the kid came to toil a single day and he had been clearly drinking. I told the kid that I would not tolerate anyone drinking at toil under any circumstances at all. The kid had some words for myself and others that were not polite or respectful. After the kid said everything that he wanted to say, I told him that he could go current home and that I no longer wanted him to toil for the business. The kid left honestly angry and I did not see him again until the next day. Even though I was clear about our decision not to come back to the business. The adolescents still showed up the next day expecting to work. He apologized for his behavior from the previous day and said he had too much to drink with his friends. I politely told the kid that this is a company and I cannot tolerate that kind of behavior. Even though he was apologetic, I still could not continue to keep him on the staff.
