It took a lot of coaxing however I finally got my mother to listen to reason & transport closer to me.
I would have loved to be able to live closer to where my mom was however I have a task & a family.
It’s not prefer I could do my task outside of the zone controlled HVAC of the office for extended amounts of time. The people I was with and I all had to do that from our own air conditioning while I was in the pandemic. But now that the zone controlled HVAC was back on in the office, I wasn’t going anywhere. My mom’s house was the same place where I grew up. I’m proud of my starts & all of us didn’t have all that much. That house didn’t even have what most would consider current HVAC equipment. The people I was with and I had a wonderful sizable wood stove that offered all the heating all of us could sit while I was in the winter. But the Summer was sizzling & all of us had a single window air conditioning unit for the residing room. My mom was still residing there when I finally got his to see that it wasn’t safe. Now, she’s in a little house that’s right near where me & my family live. The house is also in quiet, natural setting which also makes the transition that much easier for my mom. When he first moved in, I knew that all of us would have to address the heating & cooling equipment. They were old & the ductwork wasn’t up to snuff. So the HVAC supplier suggested all of us install a series of ductless heat pumps. Not only are they wonderful quality heating & air however they also allow my mom to customize the heating & cooling with a remote. She just prefers that HVAC remote.
