Although I don’t often have a need for heating, ventilation plus A/C system advice, when I do, it is honestly awesome to have a neighbor of mine, who is an air conditioning system specialist, tell myself and others what it could likely be. My air conditioning system plan plus heating device is located in the garage. Only 3 weeks ago, I was carrying modern home groceries. As I was carrying the groceries out of the garage, I sloshed into a puddle. There was a concerning puddle right next to the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C equipment. This made me feel anxious, because I had Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C tune ups that year, plus nothing was wrong according to our last air conditioning system specialist. I decided to go ahead plus call our Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C tech neighbor, plus pray that it was nothing serious. When I told him about the issue, Gus told myself and others it was likely from a jammed drain. Thankfully, that was an incredibly easy fix, plus even though I didn’t ask, Gus the air conditioning system tech pro got rid of the clog for me. When he came over, he was right, it was a clog issue. Once the drain was no longer jammed, the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C device stopped leaking. I also noticed a slight improvement with our air conditioning system’s efficiency as well, but like I said before, even though I don’t need that much Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C advice, it is easily awesome to have it when you need it. I am honestly grateful to our neighbor for helping myself and others out. Otherwise I could be worrying for nothing plus have to call a company to maintenance the issue which would cost additional currency.
