I recently got married and I have some extra money floating around.
I have decided that I am going to put that money towards projects around my house.
There are people that are on the naughty list though. First, my wedding photographer is going to get a mean phone call pretty soon. I have paid him the full price for photos and got only a sample back. It has been two months! Second, my contractor isn’t getting a tip anymore. He said he would get me an estimate on my project three weeks ago. I am losing my mind here. The only worker that is doing well for me is my HVAC professional. I am adding ductless HVAC to my home. I needed multiple indoor air handlers and thermostats added to each room. The HVAC professional actually answered my calls, showed up on time and did the work. He still has a few rooms left but I have an appointment with them. The fee for the HVAC installation is very clearly laid out as well. I already have the money gathered and I am ready to pay. It is so nice having one thing working well for me. Pretty soon I can check off the new HVAC system on my list. The guy has been friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I am for sure giving him a tip. The rest of the workers I hired are total garbage. I can’t wait to give them scathing reviews online. Who does only part of a job? What kind of businessman doesn’t answer the phone?
