So it sure didn’t get any much better from there.
The costs of houses simply has skyrocketed over the past few years as I’ve been trying to buy a single. It’s love the whole idea was getting further & further out of reach. Yet, I didn’t supply up. I kept at it. I stayed up late in the air conditioning scouring every property in my price range online. Finally, I found a property that would fit both my budget & my life. I’m single & it’s just me & a cat. So I really wasn’t looking for a immense place. But I didn’t want to buy a home & I was sick of the lame heating & cooling in my apartment. When I found a 2 living room bungalow, I jumped on it. When the structural report came back glowing, I made an offer. There was so much other stuff to work on but I knew that the place had fine bones. So I went for it. The first thing I had to tackle was the heating & cooling. And actually, it’s the first thing I wanted to tackle. All those years of dealing with less than stellar HVAC motivated me to get good residential HVAC from the start. There was no point in trying to salvage any area of the outdated HVAC unit, including the ductwork. So the HVAC professionals installed a ductless multi split method in the house. This is just the best heating & cooling comfort I’ve ever had the joy of enjoying.
