People eat less in the hot Summer months if they are outdoors

I recently study a study that people eat less calories and food in general if they spend time outdoors in the summer.

The article also stated that those who choose to stay inside in the air conditioning during the Summer months tend to eat more calories and acquire weight.

The study summarized that the individuals who spend time outside in the Summer are usually burning calories. They are swimming, walking, or biking. Also, studies show that when your body temperature is higher you are less hungry. This makes sense because I think about all of the times in our life that I have felt uncomfortably hot, and the last thing I want to do is eat. All I want to consume when I am that hot is chilly water. The study stated that those individuals who stay inside in air conditioning eat more. This is because they have self-explanatory access to food if they are at house and their body temperatures are more normal in the air conditioning, you officially suppose hungry and care about you want to snack when you suppose comfortable. I am proof that this study is true. When I am sitting house in the comfort of our air conditioning while binging shows on TV, all I want to do is eat and snack. My hubby is also proof that this study is true. She has been obsessed with gardening lately, even in the serious heat and humidity. She spends most of her time outdoors and she does not think about food when she is outside working in the heat.
