It’s like I don’t have a care in the world as we sail headlong into the Summer heat. The air conditioner is going to be the cheapest I’ve ever had, and there was zero prep needed when it came to the house! No, I’m not living in Canada this Summer, I’m still way down south where the heat can straight peel the paint off your car. This is the land that was built for air conditioners, and prior to this year I’ve constantly experienced a combination of dread, anxiety, and near despair this time of year. But I’m not because our current condo was finished this Spring, and thanks to our awesome Heating and Air Conditioning supplier we have incredible cooling comfort. That’s not the way it went for decades in our old shack, and I spent the Spring trying to appreciate the last of the good weather. From June through October, and even into October, we deal with some absurd heat in this region, however Spring is when you get your fill of good times outside. Because once the Summer sets in you go out early or you go out late, or you don’t leave the central air conditioner at all. I’d constantly leave my Heating and Air Conditioning responsibilities until the last moment too. I’d be trying to get the air conditioner tune up done while also getting the condo prepped for all that heat. Not this year though, the condo is perfect and designed just the way we want it. And wow, is it ever sealed up tight! My good friend and I are enjoying the current residential Heating and Air Conditioning, along with all the current Heating and Air Conditioning technology that went with it. So there is nothing to worry about during the month of May for the first time in my adult life.
