Picking some metal stuff for a couple of bucks at the scrapyard

On Tuesday Morning, the trucks come around plus pick up all of the recycling.

They pick up bottles, cans, plus cardboard.

They also pick up large items like mattresses, televisions, yard debris, plus old grills; My best buddy has a nice truck with an open bed in the back. On Monday evening, the people I was with and I drive around the neighborhood plus look for items to pick up, then some of the nicer towns get rid of items that still have value. My buddy plus I found a 42-inch television yesterday on the curb. It was still in pretty fantastic shape. We decided to check if it worked, before the people I was with and I took it to the scrap yard. The television worked just fine, other than a small ding on the left side. My buddy plus I sold it on marketplace for fifty bucks. A few weeks ago, the people I was with and I found an old oil furnace on the side of the road. Most of the time, Heating, Ventilation and A/C companies take the old device with them. The oil heating systems plus a/cs can be taken apart plus some of the pieces can be reused. I was surprised to see the oil furnace on the side of the road, so my buddy plus I immediately stopped plus made room in the back of the truck. The oil furnace was not in fantastic working condition, so the people I was with and I had to sell it to the scrap yard. We took out all of the items that could be sold separately, so the people I was with and I could make a few extra dollars on the deal. Even $10 more is worth a few hours of my time.
