Ready for cooling and heating

Since I was little, I’ve constantly heard that it’s not the heat but the humidity that gets you.

And to a large degree that’s true, but it’s not truly accurate either. Air conditioning is most essential either way though. For sure, the humidity in this part of the south is legendary when it comes to the discomfort of Summer. But it’s mid May and the humidity levels are just about where they are in the Summer. Yet, the temperatures are still in the low to mid 60’s and being outside, one can feel it’s quite hot and the humidity is there. But it’s nothing compared to when the temperatures hit the mid to upper 90’s and stay there in June and July. And they don’t move much until late October or even early December, but during that time frame it’s both the heat and the humidity that are working us over. Of course, that makes having great residential Heating and Air Conditioning at a condo and good commercial Heating and Air Conditioning at work essential. My good friend and I are in just our 5th year with our current residential Heating and Air Conditioning equipment. My good friend and I have so loved having this current heat pump as it provides attractive cooling comfort but much more efficiently. The energy costs are at least 35 to maybe even 45 percent cheaper than the seasoned heat pump. That comes with having such a high SEER rating on this heat pump. However, the air conditioner process still does an entirely important thing inside our condo just as the seasoned heat pump did. When the air conditioner is on the heat pump is also balancing the humidity levels inside our home, and that makes all the difference in the world.
