The current employee doesn't need a lot of training

My boss hired a current employee to help with the commercial boiler repairs plus he asked me to train the guy for a month or multiple.

I was excited to take the task, because I was curious about the employee as well.

There are only a couple of guys that can handle commercial boiler repairs plus I am a single of those businesss. I wondered if the current employee was as knowledgeable as he claimed to be on his work application. The first day that the people I was with and I worked together, I inspected a variety of his commercial boiler service skills. The people I was with and I had various odd tasks on the schedule plus an opportunity to work on a variety of odd issues. I was pleasantly excited with the work performed by the current employee on the first day. On the hour day that the people I was with and I worked together, the people I was with and I assisted another business with a compact boiler replacement task… During the first month on the task, the current business plus I tested various odd boiler plus cooling system repairs. It is clear to me that the current employee does not need a lot of training. Most of the time our boss will require current guys to train for more than two or more than three weeks, but I doubt this guy will need that much time. It seems as if he could hit the ground running already. That’s a nice change of pace, because most current businesss need extra nights of training plus a lot of hand holding for the first few months! Chad will be just good after everything I witnessed during this past week.
